Terms of Service
Last updated: April 23, 2026
By accessing broeseevents.com or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Use of the site
- You must be at least 18 to submit forms; 21+ events require valid ID at the door.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or misuse the site or its APIs.
- Information you submit must be accurate and your own.
Events, tickets & tables
- Lineups, dates, venues, prices, and availability may change without notice.
- Submitting a table or sponsorship inquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking. A reservation is binding only after we confirm in writing and (where applicable) payment is processed.
- Door entry is subject to venue policy, capacity, dress code, and ID verification. We reserve the right to refuse service.
- Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations follow the policy of the venue or ticket platform issuing the ticket.
Conduct at events
You attend events at your own risk and agree to follow venue rules and the directions of staff and security. We may eject guests for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behavior, without refund.
Intellectual property
All site content, branding, and the Broese Events name and logo belong to us or our licensors. Don't reuse them without written permission. Submitted logos and materials remain the property of the submitter; you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them in connection with the relevant event or sponsorship.
Third parties
Links to venues, ticket platforms, and social networks are provided for convenience. We're not responsible for their content or policies.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broese Events is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at events. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the prior twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
